For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in digital marketing, lead generation, automation, and business growth. Over that time, I’ve helped businesses attract customers, build systems, and create results through smart strategy and technology. But one of the most meaningful journeys of my life happened off the business field — helping athletes and families navigate the college recruiting process.

As a longtime youth sports coach and mentor, I saw firsthand how many talented athletes get overlooked simply because they don’t know the process. Great kids with big dreams were missing opportunities because no one showed them how to market themselves, communicate with coaches, or build a plan.

That’s why I created The Recruiting Bot.

The Recruiting Bot was built to give athletes and parents a smarter, faster, and more affordable way to navigate recruiting. It helps families understand what steps to take, when to take them, and how to position an athlete to stand out. From profile creation and coach outreach to timelines and strategy, it brings clarity to what often feels like a confusing process.

Through Redzone Creative Consulting, I combine real-world recruiting experience, coaching insight, and modern marketing systems to help athletes gain exposure and confidence.
